Wa socks
Wa is the Japanese word for harmony, circle, and Japan itself - a concept that sits at the center of the country's aesthetic philosophy. The 13 designs in this collection take their cues from Japan's visual heritage: family crests known as kamon, indigo resist-dye patterns, geometric lattice forms borrowed from Edo-period textiles, and the restrained color palette that runs through much of traditional Japanese design. The approach is disciplined rather than decorative - each pattern has a logic to it.
These socks work well with a minimalist wardrobe, with streetwear that plays on heritage references, or simply on their own terms as well-made objects. All pairs are imported directly from Japan. Wa is part of our Japanese design collection, and pairs naturally with the Kaya series for nature-inspired patterns and the Ekaki series if you prefer something more illustrative in style.
